Coach Earl has been a Physical Education and Health teacher here at Warren Tech for the last three years.  Coach Earl earned a Bachelors of Science degree from Montclair State University, where he played varsity Lacrosse and club Ice Hockey. Coach Earl began his coaching career at Cranford High School and then onto North Brunswick where he helped their respective lacrosse teams become successful. Alongside of lacrosse, Coach Earl has coached bowling and been a strength and conditioning instructor before arriving at Tech,  At Warren Tech Coach Earl has coached Girls' soccer and basketball.  He currently serves as the boys' JV Basketball coach and is excited to lead the boys' soccer team in 2017. One of his greatest passions is coaching student athletes and helping them develop leadership, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a great work ethic.
